Request procedure

Please follow the instructions:

1. Download and fill up the sample measurement sheet for each kind of sample that you want to send: Sample measurement sheet

2. Fill up the sample measurement form below and attach the sample measurement sheet.

3. Send the samples to our headquarters with the reference number that you will receive in your mail after completing the form.
