Sensofar, the company, belonging to the metrology industry, has obtained the Certification as a Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year, as determined by the consultancy Great Place to Work®, a leader in the identification and certification of Best Workplaces.
After a detailed review of the organizational environment, which included a global employee survey, the company qualified for this certification by displaying that Sensofar is an organization with a culture of high trust and is very capable of attracting and retaining talent.
Specifically, the results of the survey show the special and unique interest that Sensofar employees take in order to maintain transparency along with respect and pride in their work, among other topics.
